Wanjiru heads audit and advisory and has during her time at Hoist Africa, led the audits of and developed strategies for numerous organisations across the Education, Private Banking, Legal, Entertainment and Consultancy industries, in Kenya, Africa and the UK. She is also a Certified Coach and runs our coaching programs.

Wanjiru has deep experience of 20 years in the professional service industry during which time she headed business development departments and efforts in Legal and Advisory firms across Africa as well as served clients from numerous industries while in Audit and Advisory.

She has wide experience in the operations of different organisations across the healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, media, financial services, technology media and telecommunications, transportation, infrastructure, consumer business and energy and resources industries as well as various SMEs she served during her consulting advisory work.

Wanjiru is a Certified Professional Coach, has an MBA (Entrepreneurship),  Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Marketing, as well as ACCA and IMIS qualifications.

Muthoni is invaluable for her strategic view of operations and implementation of strategies. With her deep experience in strategy and analysis, project management, communication, advertising, brand development and PR activities, she is able to add great value to our clients’ implementation strategies.

She is exceptional at working with and managing different teams and ensuring the proper cohesion and coordination of projects.

Muthoni has an MBA in Finance and Operations from UBC Sauder School of Business, Bachelors Degree (Hons) in Marketing as well as French and Digital Marketing qualifications.
